Refund and Returns Policy

At Shotota Furniture Mart, we value your satisfaction. If you change your mind after purchasing a furniture item, our return policy is designed to support you with fairness and transparency.

Return Eligibility

You may return furniture items within 5 days of purchase if:

• The product is in good condition
• The product is unused, undamaged, and unaltered
• The original receipt/invoice is provided

Service Charge

For eligible returns, a 10% service charge will be applied on the total purchase amount.

This covers handling, inspection, and operational costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Fabric / Upholstered products
• Sofas, Beds with fabric parts
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Products damaged after delivery
• Items showing signs of use
