Welcome to Shotota Furniture Mart. These Terms & Conditions are applicable for all Shotota products. By these Terms & Conditions, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of our policies. In case of disagreement, you are advised not to use this website. Shotota Furniture Mart reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. No notice is required to make these changes effective.

Delivery

Shotota Furniture Mart is committed to delivering its products within 72 hours (for stocked products). For non-stocked or made-to-order products, delivery may take 10–15 working days.

Delivery Charge (for products below Tk 3,000):

• Inside Dhaka City: Tk 200
  
  
• Outside Dhaka: Tk 500
  
  

Home delivery is up to the ground floor of your home, only if your road is accessible to our delivery vehicle.

Requirement for a Valid Return

• Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
  
  
• Reason for return must be valid and return acceptance conditions met (see below)
  
  

Valid Conditions and Reasons to Return an Item

• Delivery of the wrong product
  
  
• Delivery of a defective product
  
  
• Delivery of the product with missing parts
  
  
• Incorrect content on website
  
  

Return/Replacement Guarantee May Not Apply In Any of the Following Conditions

• Damages due to misuse of the product
  
  
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product
  
  
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  
  
• Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
  
  
• Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
  
  

Fabric

Fabrics shown in images may not be available. In that case, customers are requested to choose from available fabrics, or request a refund.

Shotota Furniture Mart reserves the right to refund any purchase amount if the product is not available.
